General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern all sales made on the website of the Titanox® store. By confirming an order on the site, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation these conditions.

1. Products and availability

The products offered on the Titanox® site are available while stocks last. Images, descriptions and characteristics are provided for information purposes and may show slight variations without affecting the essential qualities of the product.

2. Orders

Any confirmed order implies full and complete acceptance of the prices and product descriptions. Titanox® reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing or previous dispute with the customer, or in the event of suspected fraud.

3. Prices

The prices displayed on the site are shown in euros and include all applicable taxes. Any delivery costs are specified before final confirmation of the order.

4. Payment

Payments are secure and processed through Shopify Payments as well as its partner payment service providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). No banking data is stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the delivery method chosen. A confirmation e-mail including the tracking information is sent as soon as the order is dispatched.

6. Right of withdrawal and order cancellation

In accordance with the regulations in force, the customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code (in particular goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection).

In the event of order cancellation before dispatch, a fixed administration fee of €10 will be deducted from the refunded amount. These fees cover administrative processing, bank fees not refunded by payment operators, as well as the preparation and transmission of the order to our logistics centre.

Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. The conditions specified in our Returns and Refunds Policy then apply.

7. Promotional items

Items that have benefited from a promotional discount, a discount code or a special offer (sales, flash sales, bundles, limited offers, etc.) are not eligible for a refund.

By taking advantage of a promotion, the customer acknowledges having benefited from an exceptional commercial advantage which excludes any possibility of a subsequent refund.

8. Used items

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, our pans and cooking utensils that have been used cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.

9. Guarantees and liability

Titanox® cannot be held liable for damage resulting from non-compliant, inappropriate use or use contrary to the product recommendations.

Titanox® products are cooking utensils intended for domestic use. They must be used in accordance with the instructions provided (maximum temperature, compatible heat source, care, etc.). Any non-compliant use will result in the loss of the guarantee.

A 30-day guarantee covers manufacturing defects, products damaged during delivery and non-compliant products. The full terms are specified in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

10. Applicable law

These T&Cs are governed by French law as well as the applicable European regulations.
